A man approaches Elizabeth and asks her to help get her daughter out of a cult in Bolivia. He says he was advised by his congressman to approach her. She talks to the congressman and tells him he overstepped his bounds. The congressman goes to Bolivia himself and is taken captive. When the Bolivians refuse to help because of an op the US conducted Elizabeth goes to the President and she thinks Henry should talk to the leader because he's a religious scholar. The President decides to take it up a notch and send Henry to Bolivia.
